### Real-time Monitoring

Zenoo uses tools like AWS CloudWatch and DataDog to continuously monitor platform health and detect security incidents. The 24/7 Support Team is alerted in case of any issues and responds immediately to Severe and Critical incidents.

### Audit Logs

All access to systems and data is logged and reviewed regularly to ensure accountability and compliance. Logs are stored securely and are immutable to prevent tampering.
